Michal Czerniawski

Michal Czerniawski is the EU Visiting Fellow at the University of St Andrews, where his research focuses on issues related to digital sovereignty. He is a lawyer with the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) of the European Parliament, specialising in legislation on the EU’s digital policy, personal data protection, and transparency and is cooperating with LSTS research group at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel
